Achievements 2015-16
The most anticipated event on the campus, the P.U. Youth and Heritage Festival is organized annually. The fountain of youth is on its finest display during the fest and there is a surge of talent, creativity and vivacity. It
was our proud privilege to host the 57th Panjab University Zonal Youth and Heritage Festival (Zone-A) successfully from Sept. 26 – 30, 2015. The Vice-Chancellor of Panjab University, Prof. Arun Kumar Grover inaugurated the Youth Festival. The college won twenty-seven prizes in the category of music, art and craft, drama, dance, literary and heritage items etc.

The performance of our students has always been ranked high at the Youth Festival. Our teams also brought laurels to the institution in One-Act Play, Classical Dance, Non-Percussion and Mitti de Khidone in the Inter-Zonal Youth and Heritage Festival held at Dev Samaj College for Women, Ferozepur City, Punjab from Nov.05- 08, 2015.The winners of these items were:

A team of college students also participated in two items- One-Act Play and Skit in North Zone Inter-University Youth and Heritage Festival from Jan.13_18, 2016 at Punjab Agriculture University, Ludhiana.
A talent search competition was organized in the College auditorium for participating in the PU Zonal and selections were made thereafter for Inter Zonal Youth and Heritage Festivals.
Under the able guidance of Prof (Dr) Sukhdev Singh Minhas and Dr. Sahib Singh,the College secured above twenty positions in the category of music, drama, dance, art and craft and literary items in the PU. Zonal Youth and Heritage festival (Zone A) which was held at Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College, Sector-26 Chandigarh from 17th Oct to 20th 0ct 2014. The College managed to grab following positions:
