Activities 2015-16

• In the month of August, an Orientation Workshop was organized on the campus to sensitize the students about the objectives of the society and tips were given on personal hygiene.
• In the month of February, ‘Cleanliness Drive’ was organized in the college canteen.

An Orientation Programme was held on 5th Aug.’14.
Society organized a cleanliness drive at Local Bus Stop near Sports Stadium, Sector- 46 Chandigarh on 27th Sept.’14. In this drive the platform of the Bus Stop was cleaned by the volunteers under the guidance of Dr. Harphool Singh Sihag. The purpose of the drive was to create awareness among the public about the importance of cleanliness of their surroundings. Hardeep Singh, Mohandeep Singh (BA-II), Hardeep Singh and Ankoor (BA I ) and Sunita Devi (Helper ) took part in this drive with full enthusiasm.


• A cleanliness drive was launched in the College canteen and its surroundings on 15th Nov. 2014. Prof. Harphool Singh Sihag, Prof. Praveen kumar Chaubey, Prof. G.C. Sethi, Prof. Mangesh along with 45 students participated in this drive. The whole area surrounding the canteen lawn, benches and sheds area was totally cleaned. The objective of this drive was to inculcate the habit of cleanliness among the students. Students participated with great vigour and enthusiasm and took the pledge to keep their locality & surrounding area neat and clean.
